In a case of unnamed sourcery, Life & Style is reporting that George Clooney is secretly bedding 31-year-old Stacy Keibler. The long time acquaintances aren't romancing each other, necessarily. Instead, they seem to have become friends with benefits.

"He's enjoying spending time with Stacy, but he just got out of a two-year relationship," an unnamed source told the mag. "George isn't ready for anything serious. This fling is purely for fun."

It's hard to imagine a woman expecting anything but that from Clooney, who's known for escorting hot young things while showing no interest in getting married!

The mag also reveals that Kiebler just returned from hanging out at Clooney's bachelor haven in Lake Como, Italy. Keibler was in fact abroad, tweeting from several points in Italy, as well as Beirut, London, Cannes and St. Tropez -- but no word of hanging in Como, let alone being flown out there by Clooney.

There are also several tweets revealing the 31-year-old is on top of the world and "in heaven," but nothing to confirm or deny the Clooney rumor that has now gone viral.

There may be a reason Keibler hasn't responded:  She doesn't care. "'What other people think of me is none of my business.' ~ Wayne Dyer," she tweeted.

Elisabetta who? The 33-year-old Dancing With the Stars stunner was far from ex-beau George Clooney's mind when he stepped out at the Toronto International Film Festival with new girlfriend, Stacey Keibler, in tow.

Clooney was at the festival to premiere his new film, Ides of March. Amazingly, the couple wasn't coy about their relationship status.

"Everything!" Keibler told People when asked what she likes about her superstar boyfriend.

Keibler has one thing in common with Clooney's ex lady, Elisabetta Canalis: both competed on Dancing With the Stars. That's where the similarities end, though: Canalis admitted she was dependent on Clooney during their relationship; Keibler isn't a shrinking violet.

"One of the recurring themes of the night was that Stacy had her own conversations going on and that she wasn't following Clooney around like a puppy dog," a source told US Weekly of Keibler at the Fox Searchlight, Belvedere and Vanity Fair's Toronto Film Festival bash.

"She was confident in her own space," added the witness. "She would come over to [George] and rub his back, then separate from him again... I've never seen him more comfortable."

Canalis, on the other hand, wanted someone to sweep her off her feet.

"You have to accept that Prince Charming who is coming to save you is not going to happen -- it works against you,"she told Italian magazine Chi earlier this month.

Former WWE wrestler Keibler can hold her own.

"They have good chemistry, and she can hold her own with the boys," an onlooker told People. "They both can equally be the life of the party."

If you're an Italian television host with a hot bod, a Pamela Anderson-nineties-inspired tattoo and have just been booted off Dancing With The Stars in its second week, man we wouldn't want to be you -- Elisabetta Canalis.

Especially after seeing pictures of your ex-boyfriend looking oh-so-hot parading his new girlfriend on the red carpet at the premiere of his latest film.

Hollywood actor George Clooney took girlfriend-of-the-moment Stacy Keibler along with him to the red carpet premiere of his latest film, The Descendants at the New York Film Festival.

Clooney is getting some pre-Oscar buzz for his work in the film, which is about a land baron who tries to reconnect with his two daughters after his wife suffers a boating accident.

Keibler, a former dance contestant herself, showed off her long stems and toned arms in a tight black number that clearly sent out a message to anyone who might be interested: he's all mine, ladies .

This is only second time that the couple has publicly stepped out together since the Toronto Film Festival last month, in which Clooney and Keibler made head turns as only a few months earlier he broke up with his long-term Italian girlfriend, Canalis.

It was alleged that Clooney was none too happy about the Italian television host opening up to the media about their private relationship while they were together, as Canalis even suggested that she might one day marry the aging bachelor.

It seems that George is pretty happy with his new girlfriend Stacy -- as long as she keeps quiet and away from the media when it comes to their relationship, that is.

As far as Elisabetta though -- what could possibly be worse than looking at these pics of George and Stacy? That would be seeing Stacy accompany Clooney to the Oscars next year where he might win himself a best-actor statuette. Maybe this relationship won't have such a fast expiration date…

George Clooney has the looks, the career and a revolving door of beautiful women, so it came as a shock to many when he revealed to Rolling Stone magazine that he considered committing suicide.

The 50-year-old actor said that he suffered intense pain after a spinal injury in 2005 while filming Syriana. He said that the injury was so bad that he actually blew spinal fluid from his nose. "I was at a point where I thought, 'I can't exist like this. I can't actually live,'"he told Rolling Stone.

"I was lying in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm, unable to move, having these headaches where it feels like you're having a stroke, and for a short three-week period, I started to think, 'I may have to do something drastic about this' ...but I never thought I'd get there," he continued. "See, I was in a place where I was trying to figure out how to survive."

He revealed that he even planned out how he was going to kill himself, but he never thought he would actually do it — and we are happy he didn't! Clooney said he started drinking heavily to get rid of the pain, however eventually he had a surgery that helped decrease the pain. Even though his role in Syriana garnished him an Oscar, he admits he still has headaches from that injury.

After breaking up with Elisabetta Canalis, Clooney seems to be healthy and happy with former pro wrestler Stacy Keibler, but don't expect him to talk about her! "I might have a girlfriend, but I'm never going to talk about it. I get one thing to keep to myself."

It looks like George Clooney's new lady love Stacy Keibler is a knockout in more ways than one. The actor, who has been dating the leggy model and actress for a few months now, says he's worried about getting into a fight because she is both taller and stronger than him.

"She's very tall," Clooney told E! News at the premiere of The Descendants on Wednesday night, when asked about Keibler. "And she can take me two out of three falls. She can kick my a*s."

But Clooney says he doesn't have to worry too much about feeling the wrath of Keibler's temper because she's such a lovely person.

He said: "She's a nice girl. She really is."

It's not too surprising that Keibler can hold her own while sparring with Clooney, as she wrestled for both World Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment. She made her fighting debut in 2007, wrestling in a wedding gown at an event called Bash at the Beach. During her time as a wrestler, Keibler earned the nicknames "Super Stacy" and "The Legs of the WWE."

And while Clooney hasn't been one to kiss and tell about his relationships, he is uncharacteristically opening up a lot about his hot girlfriend. The actor went on the record earlier this month to say that he's not bothered about Keibler's Twitter posts about their relationship.

"She can do whatever she wants,"Clooney told Rolling Stone of Keibler's tweets. "I rarely tell anybody what they should be doing with their life."

It looks like Keibler might actually be the one to tie Clooney down . The actor introduced his girlfriend to his parents at the movie premiere.

George Clooney has had sporty gal Stacy Keibler on his arm as of late, but she's going to have to settle for his left arm in the near future. Clooney is recovering from surgery where he had a torn tendon repaired in his right arm, his rep told SheKnows.

The two made the scene at the Bengals and Ravens football game in Baltimore on Sunday with Clooney's arm strapped up in the sling.

Keibler used to be a cheerleader for the Ravens.

"You kno its love when your boyfriend has elbow surgery 2 days ago and takes u to a #ravens game... especially when he's a Bengals fan," Keibler tweeted.

The outcome of the game might have hurt just as much as the elbow. The Ravens won, 31 to 24. Clooney must have been impressed -- he had a photo taken with Ravens offensive lineman Jonathan Ogden at the game, which Ogden later tweeted.

Clooney has been awfully busy as of late. The Ides of March, in which he starred, directed and co-wrote the script, was released last month. The Descendants, a highly regarded comedy-drama in which he stars, was released last week. Oh, he also has a cameo in The Muppets, in theaters on Wednesday.

Keibler gained fame as a World Wrestling Entertainment "Diva" and also as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars.

Clooney and Keibler were visibly demonstrative at the premiere of The Descendants last week, where Clooney kissed the hand of Keibler.

"She's very tall… and she can take me two out of three falls. That's important, too," Clooney told E! "She can kick my *ss."

As two of Hollywood's most sought after actors, you would think Brad Pitt and George Clooney would be in constant competition. But as Clooney told SheKnows at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala Saturday night, that couldn't be farther from the truth.

"We don't ever try to compare things," said Clooney. "He's my buddy, so I want him to do well."

It's hard to imagine anyone being mean to the charming actor, who spent a gracious amount of time talking to SheKnows on the carpet with his gorgeous girlfriend Stacy Keibler in tow.

The two smiled, laughed and held hands as they answered questioned and posed for pictures. The attractive coupled was only rivaled in good looks by Pitt and his longtime love, Angelina Jolie.

Though Jolie and Pitt chose to walk the carpet separately, Angelina stopped briefly to fill us in on their plans for the year.

"We're focusing on birthday parties tomorrow for Zahara, and other things in life that mean just as much if not more," Jolie told SheKnows.

As for Clooney, he'll be taking a break from being on screen to direct the World War II drama, The Monuments Men.

"This is going to be my first Academy Awards night, so I want to make sure I get the dress right," said Keibler.

The Nicole Richie Collection for QVC will feature bohemian pieces ranging from $75 to $257. It will be unveiled this evening at 9 p.m. on QVC. The mother of two also has her other amazing lines, House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate.

“She gave Stacy a big tip,” a source tells Hot Stuff. “She said that George needs to propose within a year of them being together. Otherwise, she won’t have as strong a chance."

We sort of wondered if George Clooney had locked gal pal Stacy Keibler up in his Lake Como, Italy villa — we haven't seen much of her since awards season. Boy, were we wrong! The former professional wrestler has apparently spent much of her time in the gym, judging from the tight-and-taut cleavage she showed off earlier this week at the Nintendo Wii U Preview Party in New York City.

Keibler, 32, joined other stars like Empire Girls' Adrienne Bailon, Broadway star Constantine Maroulis and The Roots. No Clooney in sight, but it sounds like she had a really fun time.

"Stacy Keibler got into the Wii U spirit while playing Just Dance 4," a partygoer told SheKnows. "She was loving all the different dance moves to choose from as puppet master. Stacy was enjoying her game so much Corbin Bleu asked to join along. As a professional singer and dancer, Corbin was right on beat hitting all the moves and having a blast!"

George Clooney and current girlfriend Stacy Keibler are currently on vacation in Italy where Clooney owns a home.

They went into the town of Cernobbio on Wednesday night to eat dinner with friends, and it looks like they all got food poisoning.

"Finally had a bad meal in Italy, our whole dinner party got food poisoning ‪#ohwell‬ at least I'm still in Italy," Keibler tweeted the next day.

According to TMZ, the entire party in attendance with Clooney and Keibler were sickened by the meal.

However, the restaurant claims otherwise.

“The manager of the restaurant in question told us [that] George and Co. must have gotten food poisoning elsewhere,” said TMZ, “because it didn't happen at his restaurant.”

Hmmm, guess Keibler should have stuck with those New York Style Mini Bagel Crisps she's been hawking.

The couple has been spending the summer at Clooney’s beach house, and according to the Huffington Post, they “have been having a blast this summer in Italy. We've seen them boating, shopping and hanging out with friends near the actor's Lake Como house.”

One of the house guests may be Clooney’s ex. On July 5, The Sun posted photos of Clooney and Keibler on a boat ride, along with Karen Duffy.

“Model Karen Duffy, who dated George briefly in 1995, was enjoying a break at the villa with her husband John Lambros and their son Jack,” said The Sun.

The photos taken by the paper show Clooney not only giving the ladies a hand getting out of the boat, but also grabbing the stack of towels as they head back to the house.

For a man who can probably hire an assistant to do both things, he comes across as the perfect gentleman.

Clooney’s next movie Gravity is set to be released in 2013. The film co-stars Sandra Bullock and, according to the Internet Movie Database, the film is about “Astronauts [that] attempt to return to earth after debris crashes into their space shuttle, leaving them drifting alone in space.”

British tabloid The Sun's report that George Clooney split with DWTSStacy Keibler must have got the pair in a tizzy, because the Oscar-winning actor's rep is carving out the time and investing the energy to slam the claim to other media.

"A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler [is] not true," the rep reportedly told Us magazine Wednesday. "[The story is a] total fabrication designed to sell newspapers."

Another U.K. tabloid-type publication, The Daily Mail, says the report had Stacy yakking to friends about the breakup with the famous beau nearly 20 years her senior.

The story allegedly chalked the split up to this jaw-dropper: George didn't want to commit.

The paper also featured a "source" who noted "George wants to be on his own again and has no intention of getting married."

Given the 51-year-old star's track record, it's not that much of a stretch; Clooney reportedly split from model Elisabetta Canalis just a few months before he and Keibler started dating. Clooney's also made the rounds with Brit model Lisa Snowdon, and actresses Kelly Preston, Renée Zellweger and Krista Allen through the years.

Back in January , Clooney didn't exactly sound upbeat about getting married again. Yes, again. He was married to Mad Men actress Talia Balsam for four years in the early 1990s.

George Clooney loves living the swingin' single life, so that totally means he's gay, right? That's what the rumor mill would have us believe.

Despite dating a bevy of beauties throughout the years, the once-divorced Clooney has yet to settle down again, and despite the fact that the lifestyle sounds like every hetero guy's dream, the rumors that it's a front for his supposed gay lifestyle continue to dog him.

Now his sister is going on record to set us straight.

Adelia Zeidler finds the gay rumors absolutely laughable and says her brother's famous reluctance to remarry is merely caused by his commitment to his career.

"Yes that's quite ridiculous, we don't even listen when people say things like that anymore," she told the Daily Mail.

"I think he decided that in his life he could have the career or he could have a family and so when he decided to go full bore into the acting, that was where his focus was going to be."

And besides, Clooney's love 'em and leave 'em act is nothing new — he was doing it in high school!

"Well, he had several girlfriends when he was going to high school down here," Zeidler said of their youth in Kentucky. "Never more than one at a time, he's not that kind of guy. But he would go out with someone for a few months and then go out with someone else for a few months."

"I think he was always pretty fair and honest with the girls he went out with. I don't recall any of them feeling as though he had just broken their heart and dumped them unexpectedly, I think most of the relationships came to a kind of natural close. I don't recall any angry phone calls or anything like that."

So basically, neither we nor current flame Stacy Keibler should hold our breath that Clooney will ever tie the knot again .

"No, I would say he probably will not get married," his sister mused. "If I had to guess I would have to say no. I know everyone says, 'Well Warren Beatty said he'd never get married and then he met Annette Bening' but you know that's the only example people can think of, so it doesn't bode too well."

It does not bode well, indeed.
